Potter was born on June 30, 1971 in the city of Cleveland, Ohio. She grew up just
off of Lake Erie in a blue collar Roman Catholic family.Her father was the inventor of the first flame-resistant car wax, but
never cashed in on the invention's profits, being a salaried inventor. Monica grew up in a happy family
with three other siblings. Monica first dipped her tried her luck
in show business back in
Cleveland. Her father sent a photograph of her
to a local modeling agency when she was twelve year old and she was hired immediately.
Monica's father was
soon driving her all over the Cleveland for different jobs and
