Pusher furnace is mainly dependent on pusher machine, will be put on the track of the charge or plate periodically pushed into the furnace or push out of the furnace for quenching, tempering, annealing, carburizing and carbonitriding heat treatment. When the workpiece is heated in the furnace, it remains in a relatively static state for a certain time; When quenching out of the oven, the material plate automatically tilt the burden into the quenching medium, or the material plate and burden together into the quenching medium cooling. The furnace has strong adaptability to different heat treatment process and is convenient to form production line. According to the needs of users, nitrogen or protective gas can be injected for non-oxidation heating. Heating can use electricity or natural gas, our company can according to the production needs of customers for heat treatment process design.
