Equipment structure features:
Box furnace structure is used for heating furnace and regenerating furnace. Linear layout, according to the requirements of manufacturers, a production line can be flexible arrangement of multiple heating furnace and furnace. Except the loading and unloading is manual operation; Workpiece from loading to unloading station, in and out of the heating equipment and quenching are completed by mechanical control. High degree of automation has greatly improved the working conditions of workers. Several submersible pumps are specially arranged in the quenching tank to adjust the flow direction of quenching fluid. The hydraulic system can realize the fast drop of workpiece and stop the buffering in place to meet the requirements of quenching and deformation of large heavy workpiece.
Quenching tank is composed of tank, circulating cooling system, forced stirring system under liquid, liquid level detection device, temperature measurement device and control system. In the tank (around and at the bottom), there are multiple groups of forced liquid agitator. The agitator on the tank wall can adjust the agitator speed according to the liquid flow direction, and the fluid flow rate and flow rate can be adjusted by the frequency conversion of the agitator. The circulating cooling system is used for cooling the quenched liquid to ensure that the quenched liquid is quenched to the workpiece at a controlled temperature range.
