The shell of this series electric furnace is welded by steel plate and section steel. The trolley is welded by section steel and section steel. Interlocking control is adopted for each movable mechanism of electric furnace, that is, automatically cut off the power supply of heating element after the furnace door is opened, and restore the power supply when the trolley is walking; When the furnace door is closed, the power supply of trolley traveling motor will be cut off automatically, and the power supply of heating element will be restored at the same time to prevent accidents due to misoperation.
Heating elements are made of ribbon and spiral wound with high temperature resistance alloy wire, which are hung on the furnace side and shelf shelf brick respectively, and fixed with high aluminum porcelain nail and shelf brick to prevent them from slipping out.
The bottom plate of the steel casting furnace is equipped on the platform to bear the workpiece.
