The high precision and high temperature trolley furnace is made of steel plate and section steel welded. Compared with other products, the advantages are low thermal conductivity, low thermal capacity, excellent corrosion performance, excellent thermal stability, thermal shock resistance and thermal insulation. Moreover, the anchoring parts are set on the cold side of the furnace, which improves the high-temperature resistance strength of the fiber.
The heating element is made of ribbon and spiral wound with high temperature resistance alloy wire, which is hung on the side of the furnace, the door of the furnace, the back wall and the trolley shelf brick respectively, and fixed with high aluminum porcelain nail, which is safe and simple. The bottom plate of the steel casting furnace is equipped on the platform to bear the workpiece. In order to prevent the oxide skin generated after the workpiece heating falling into the gap between the furnace bottom plate and the heating element and causing damage to the heating element, the furnace bottom plate and the furnace body contact place adopts the insertion type contact. In order to ensure normal use, it is necessary to frequently purge the oxide skin under the bottom plate of the trolley furnace. Generally, purge the bottom plate of the furnace once a week. During the purge, lift the bottom plate of the furnace and purge the oxidized dander in the resistance wire groove with compressed air.
The furnace door device is composed of the furnace door, the furnace door lifting mechanism and the furnace door pressing device. The shell of furnace door is welded by section steel and plate into a firm frame structure, and is made of laminated refractory fiber pressing module, which requires good insulation performance and light weight. The lifting device of the furnace door adopts electric device, which is mainly composed of the furnace door frame, the furnace door lifting beam, reducer, sprocket, transmission shaft and bearing, etc. The lifting of the furnace door drives the lifting of the furnace door through the positive and negative transmission on the reducer. The furnace door lifting reducer is also equipped with brake device, which can effectively prevent the furnace door from displacement in the lifting process.
The bottom plate of the furnace is made of CRMNN heat resisting steel or 1200℃ silicon carbide furnace.
