The bottom plate of the steel casting furnace is equipped on the platform to bear the workpiece. The trolley frame is welded with section steel, and its rigidity ensures no deformation under full load. When the furnace door is closed in place, it will automatically cut off the power supply of the trolley travelling mechanism and restore the power supply of the heating element.
In order to shorten the cooling process time, the furnace top may be provided with an exhaust device for accelerating cooling. The device is turned off when heated and cooled to a certain temperature. The operation of opening, closing and opening is completed by the operator on the side of the furnace through manual mechanism or automatic control.
