Mainly used for railway rolling stock chute wear plate, stainless steel, alloy steel, spiral bevel gear, synchronizer gear sleeve and other steel parts less oxidation heating quenching. Maximum operating temperature 950℃. Used in conjunction with the electrical controller, it can automatically and manually control the rotation and stop time of the equipment, automatically control the working temperature of the rotary bottom furnace and record the temperature curve. The equipment is most suitable for heating small and medium-sized parts before pressure quenching.

Rotary support mechanism is adopted to ensure stable and reliable operation. The positioning of the turntable is close to that of the air tube with high positioning accuracy. The turntable is sealed with oil seal. The equipment consists of the bottom furnace, the feeding and discharging manipulator (optional) and the program control system.
The rotary bottom furnace USES electric heating or natural gas heating. Uniform distribution of heating system and circulation fan, fully ensure the temperature uniformity in the furnace.
Carbon potential measurement and control system is equipped with international brand components to ensure the furnace atmosphere high precision control.
In and out of the material manipulator (optional) grasp and unload by the cylinder drive, in and out of the material by the motor reducer drive, frequency control, photoelectric control, in order to ensure the operation of fast positioning accurate, reduce the opening time of the furnace door
