This series of trolley type gas forging furnace adopts natural gas heating, which is mainly used for forging and heating products in metallurgy, machinery, die steel, flange industry and so on.
Features: The combustion medium adopts natural gas heating, full combustion, no pollution, heating speed, the highest operating temperature up to 1300℃, smoke emission in line with gb9078-88 industrial furnace smoke layer emission standard;
The furnace lining adopts zirconia ceramic fiber module structure. The furnace lining has low heat storage, low heat loss and remarkable energy saving. High speed flat flame burner is used for heating. Both sides of cloth are evenly distributed. Continuous proportional regulation of combustion, actuator to regulate the size of the air volume, through the proportional valve to regulate the size of the gas volume. To achieve the proportion of air combustion, gas and air volume with a lower limit limit, each burner on the gas pipe is equipped with a control solenoid valve. Each burner is equipped with an independent and complete combustion controller, with automatic ignition, flame detection, fire alarm and automatic air termination. This fully ensures the stability and safety of the combustion temperature control system.
Waste heat utilization: the high-temperature flue gas in the furnace is preheated to 300-350℃ by the heat exchanger to the hot air temperature of the air pipeline, and then sent to the furnace, which saves a lot of gas consumption and production cost;
The door of the gas heating furnace adopts the combination frame structure of high-aluminum all-fiber fire-resistant silk blanket and heat-resistant steel, the electric hoist lifting, and the sealing mechanism of the furnace door adopts the automatic pressing CAM mechanism of long and short lever spring (optional electric cylinder pressing device) and the soft side sealing device. Ensure no friction up and down, relaxed, safe and reliable.
Trolley refractory brick structure with high aluminum shape, good sealing effect with furnace, compressive strength. The pedestal iron on the trolley is used for stacking workpieces. The frame of the trolley is made of heat-resistant steel to ensure the car body is not deformed and durable. The electric push rod (or cylinder) of the seal block between the furnace body and the furnace lining automatically compacts the structure, and the opening and closing of the side and seal are interlocked with the furnace car.
Control system: using intelligent PLC control or computer automatic control
Furnace temperature control system: the use of advanced intelligent digital temperature control instrument. It is composed of closed loop control with temperature measuring element and automatic control burner. The temperature controller interface is connected with the upper PC via R485 (RS422) bus to form an intelligent heat treatment furnace temperature control system. The upper PC adopts industrial control computer and high resolution LCD display, coupled with self-developed HMI monitoring software, so that the whole system has a good user interface. Adopting advanced fuzzy control principle, it has high precision, high flexibility, anti-interference and high reliability. The temperature control system can automatically calculate, operate, display and store the heat treatment process curve, and realize the whole process control.
Furnace pressure automatic control system: the pressure in the furnace can be set and automatically adjusted, so that the furnace pressure control in the best value, ensure stable working conditions in the furnace and make full use of the furnace gas heat.
Automatic control system of pipeline parameters: the pressure of combustion-supporting air pipeline and fuel pipeline required by the combustion system can be set and automatically adjusted, so that the combustion-supporting air and fuel control in the best ratio, to ensure high combustion efficiency, eliminate the black smoke.
Reliable safety protection system: the instrument cabinet is equipped with temperature, furnace pressure, operation value display of each burner and pipeline parameters, abnormal situation alarm and emergency protection measures to ensure operation safety.
Siemens PLC is adopted as the core unit of the whole furnace temperature control system. The furnace temperature, pressure and combustion air pressure control, all by PLC. In this way, the temperature control, digital adjustment, manual operator, digital display instrument and other instruments are reduced, which greatly reduces the complexity of the whole system configuration. PC machine adopts industrial control computer and high-resolution LCD display, deserve to go up developed HMI monitoring software, make the whole system has a good user interface and monitoring several stove or oven need upper machine monitoring (more than two, and two PC monitor one or several stove at the same time, the benefit is a PC machine failure does not affect the normal operation of the whole system), the software can easily meet the requirements.
