Mainly used for various large metal or alloy workpiece and batch annealing heat treatment, with natural gas or gas as the medium combustion heating, advanced control, high precision. The combustion and control system is composed of nozzle-front air supply system, nozzle-front compressed gas pipeline system, nozzle-front gas pipeline system, sub-high-speed burner, nozzle-front ignition control system and temperature control system. Different temperature controllers control different burners, realize the automatic control of large and small fire combustion, de-ignition temperature. Equipped with multi-channel color paperless recorder, it can communicate directly with the upper computer and monitor the temperature of each point in the gas annealing furnace in real time.
Equipment structure features:
1. The equipment USES all kinds of combustion gases as the medium and heats through all kinds of burners with the highest temperature of 1200℃.
2. The furnace frame is welded by various large and medium-sized section steel on site. The shell sealing plate is colored steel plate.
3. The frame of the trolley is welded by a variety of large I-beams, channels, angles and thick steel plates.
4, the trolley transmission all wheels are driving wheels, driving reliable, transmission system adopts "three in one" motor - reducer installation mode for shaft installation, compact structure, firm assembly, flexible in and out, simple operation, convenient maintenance.
5. Trolley fireproof masonry adopts high aluminum shaped brick structure, with good sealing effect and high compressive strength. The pallet iron is used for piling work pieces. All the top plates of the platform are cast parts to ensure no deformation and durability of the vehicle body. The sealing between the furnace car and the furnace lining adopts the automatic pressing structure of electric push rod of fire-resistant fiber sealing block. Side sealing open and close interlock with furnace car in and out.
6. The furnace door adopts the structure of high-aluminum full-fiber fire-resistant cast silk blanket and section steel combined frame, the electric hoist lifting, the furnace door sealing mechanism adopts the long and short lever spring automatic pressing CAM mechanism and the soft side sealing device. Ensure no friction up and down, relaxed, safe and reliable.
7. The chimney is installed with automatic furnace pressure control and butterfly valve to adjust the cooling speed.
8. High speed burner is used for heating with both sides of cloth. Continuously proportionally regulated combustion. Actuators to adjust the size of air volume, through the size of the proportional valve to adjust the volume of gas, achieve air-fuel ratio, combustion gas and air has a lower limit, each burner gas pipe is equipped with the control solenoid valve, each burner with complete combustion controller independently, with automatic ignition, flame detection, automatic fire alarm to snuff out. This fully ensures the stability and safety of the combustion temperature control system.
9. Features of burning
High speed burner means that fuel and combustion-supporting air basically achieve complete combustion in the combustion chamber, and the high temperature gas after combustion is spewing out at the speed of 100m ~ 150m/s, so as to enhance convective heat transfer, promote airflow circulation in the furnace, and achieve the purpose of uniform furnace temperature, making the heat retention uniform at ≤±10℃.

GC type tube type heat exchanger was used to insert the spoiler to increase the preheating temperature of the air. When the furnace temperature was 1000℃, the air temperature was preheated to 300-350℃.
Under the same heat transfer coefficient, the empty side pressure loss is lower than that of the general insert heat transfer, with its value around 1500Pa, thus reducing the power consumption.
When the flue gas temperature is 600℃, the comprehensive heat transfer coefficient is above 45W/M2℃, and when the flue gas temperature is ≥900℃, the comprehensive heat transfer coefficient is above 55w /M2℃.
Heat exchanger is designed with heat resistant steel and stainless steel according to different temperatures.
11. Control system
The system mainly regulates and controls the flow rate of gas pipeline, gas flow rate and diluted air volume of each furnace through the temperature and pressure detection of the furnace, and is equipped with a quick cut off device for the natural gas main.
The high and low pressure of the furnace has a great influence on the effect of the heating furnace. When the furnace pressure is high, the furnace gas will rush out of the sealing gap of the furnace body to form airflow scouring. It has a great influence on the pressure of the door and bottom of the furnace sealed with fiber materials. When the furnace is low, the cold air is inhaled from the sealing clearance, in addition to increase the oxidation of the workpiece but also will make the furnace high temperature is quickly pumped out by negative pressure resulting in fuel waste. To this end, the flue installation furnace pressure measuring point control electric regulating smoke valve, so that the furnace pressure to keep in the micro positive pressure state
The furnace adopts the control of regional furnace temperature, each area is equipped with a thermocouple, the temperature is measured into the multi-point recorder, and the temperature in the furnace chamber is tracked and recorded centrally.
12. Safety interlocking system
The safety chain between the trolley and the furnace door. When the furnace door is not opened to a certain position, the trolley will lock in and out. When the trolley seal is not opened, the trolley will lock in and out.
If the air pressure, gas pressure and compressed air pressure do not meet the specified requirements, the burner combustion will not start, if the burning is safe to shut down.
13. Main features of the equipment
1. Good energy-saving effect: The lining of the furnace body of this equipment all USES high aluminum refractory fiber. Compared with firebrick, the thermal conductivity is small, the heat capacity is small, so the thickness of the refractory layer is small, and the heat absorption is greatly reduced.
This equipment adopts the high-speed temperated-burner system, with a high spewing speed up to 100m/s, which can effectively stir the furnace gas, make the furnace temperature uniform, and the burner system burns completely, so that the fuel can be fully utilized. Adopting zero position control and full sealing technology, the maximum bonding surface (the sealing surface between the furnace car and the furnace body) is in zero position furnace pressure, the furnace gas does not leak out, cool air does not leak in, so that the heat generated by combustion can be effectively used.
2, high degree of automation: the furnace door, furnace car all use electric, operation console, operators can easily control the furnace door, furnace car operation. The furnace door and furnace car have the stroke control, to the limit position can automatically stop running to ensure safety.
The combustion system has a complete set of ignition, large fire, small fire operation, detection, flameout alarm, flameout cut off and reignition functions, and each set of burners has an independent control box, which can be independently controlled. The interface of each control box can be connected with the temperature controller in the instrument room, so that the whole system can be automatically controlled.
Pipeline parameters are automatically controlled. The pipeline pressure of combustion-supporting air and fuel can be set and adjusted automatically, so that the combustion-supporting air and fuel quantity can be controlled at the optimal ratio, ensuring high combustion efficiency and eliminating black smoke.
Furnace pressure automatic control, through the pressure transmitter to the furnace pressure signal and set value comparison, the signal to the chimney actuator, by changing the opening of the chimney automatically control the pressure in the furnace.
The furnace temperature control adopts advanced intelligent digital display temperature controller, which is composed of closed loop control with temperature measuring element and automatic control burner. With high precision, high flexibility, anti - interference and high reliability. The temperature control system can automatically calculate, operate, display and store the process curve of heat treatment production to realize the whole process control.
The instrument cabinet is equipped with temperature, furnace pressure, operation value display of each burner and pipeline parameter, abnormal situation alarm and emergency protection measures to ensure operation safety.
