High temperature box furnace is the national standard energy-saving box furnace, the side of the furnace is installed with stainless steel nitrogen intake pipe and valve, adjust the air intake, can play a simple role in protecting the atmosphere, reduce the workpiece oxidation. Rated temperature 1200℃.
The high-temperature box furnace is equipped with automatic safety protection device for opening and closing. There is a circuit breaker on the upper part of the furnace door. When the furnace door is opened, the electric furnace power will be cut off. The heated workpiece is placed on the silicon carbide furnace bottom plate in the furnace, it is better to put a stainless steel plate on the bottom of the box furnace when using, so as to prevent the impact of the workpiece on the furnace bottom plate.
The shell of the high-temperature box furnace is welded by steel plate and section steel. The lining is made of ultra-light energy-saving refractory thermal insulation brick, combined with high-purity aluminum silicate fiber cotton for thermal insulation. The heating element is made of high-temperature alloy 0Cr27Al7Mo2, which is installed on the two walls of the furnace and the shelf brick at the bottom of the furnace. Two thermocouple holes are set on the top of the high-temperature box furnace. When in use, the thermocouple is inserted into the furnace. The temperature of the box furnace and the overtemperature protection are controlled by the temperature control system.
