It is mainly used for annealing, aging and other heat treatment of large structural parts, castings and steel coils and strips. The service temperature is below 850℃, the heating mode is electric heating or natural gas heating, and the control system is equipped with automatic system, which can realize the automatic control of the heat treatment process such as feeding, heating, annealing, and the transfer of discharging workpiece.
Equipment structure features:
Fold-off moving hood drying furnace is mainly composed of furnace body (including lining), furnace body moving mechanism, electric heating device, furnace body power supply system, furnace table, sealing device, power control system, temperature control and recording system, etc.
The furnace body is composed of the left and right two furnace bodies, the left and right sides of the furnace chamber when the loading and unloading of the two furnace bodies left and right, exposing the furnace table, in order to drive (manual) loading and unloading of materials.
The furnace body on the left and right sides can be moved manually or electrically on the light track of the ground, which reduces the height of the workshop and improves the service efficiency and life of the equipment.
The folding-away moving hood furnace lining is made of whole fiber with excellent heat insulation and heat preservation performance.
The furnace body with full refractory fiber composite structure (tiled fiber blanket + fiber module) is only 1/20 of that of firebrick furnace body, but it can save energy of 25 ~ 30%. This furnace lining also has the characteristics of simple installation and short construction time, and its service life is far longer than that of brick furnace.
Aluminum silicate refractory fiber has been widely used in periodic furnace, which has the advantages of light weight, simple structure, convenient installation, long service life, convenient maintenance, fast heating, less heat storage, good heat preservation effect, good thermal shock stability and so on.
