The carburizing furnace is composed of furnace body, furnace lining, mesh belt driving device, mesh belt, heating element, furnace atmosphere mixer, smoke exhaust device and feeder, mainly used for carburizing, carbonitriding and quenching and tempering of parts.

Quenching oil tank consists of tank, jet device, oil cooling device, transmission net belt device, tubular heater, oil removal device, liquid level detection alarm and other components mainly used for oil quenching and cooling.

The cleaning machine is composed of the spray device arranged along the transfer frame of the cleaning tank, the temperature control device of the cleaning liquid, the hot fan and the hot air blowing into the grid, etc. It is mainly used for the workpiece soaking, cleaning and drying.

The furnace is composed of furnace body, heater, furnace mixer, mesh belt, mesh belt driving device, mesh belt tensioning device and so on. It is mainly used for the tempering of workpiece.
