This equipment is a special equipment for semi-quenching treatment of aluminum alloy piston in large quantities, replacing the advanced semi-quenching equipment imported from abroad. It can also be used for bulk quenching of aluminum alloy piston, which can automatically control the heating temperature and the inlet and outlet of the basket in combination with the electrical control system.

The equipment is of continuous pass-through structure with high degree of automation and simple operation. Only 1-2 operators need to unload the solid solution workpiece and material frame with forklift.
