Mainly used for anaerobic heat treatment of steel ball, ball, nuts of standard parts, textile parts and other small alloy parts. Such as: quenching, carburizing, carbonitriding. The production line is composed of drum resistance furnace, steel ball charging mechanism, steel ball quenching tank, electrical control system and so on.

Equipment structure features:

The electric furnace is composed of steel structure main furnace (furnace, heating element, dripping device), octavo furnace tank, driving mechanism, slow tilting mechanism (controlling the dumping speed when discharging), electrical control system and so on.

Net belt type quenching oil tank is composed of steel structure tank, zigzag quenching channel, net belt type hoisting mechanism, quenching liquid heating and cooling circulation device.

Steel ball charging mechanism is composed of steel structure walking trolley and charging trolley. The charging mechanism reciprocates over the track of quenching tank, which can be used by two electric furnaces.

Equipment features and process flow:

The steel ball is heated by the charging trolley into the drum furnace. After heating, the furnace can plug is opened and the electric furnace tilting switch is opened, so that the electric furnace slowly and orderly pours the steel ball into the quenching channel in an orderly manner. The steel ball is taken out of the quenching tank by the net belt elevator to complete the whole process of the workpiece's quenching.

Due to the dumping of the electric furnace is equipped with a slow tilting device and a mesh belt lifting mechanism, so that the steel ball into the quenching channel will not stop the drum falling to the mesh belt lifting machine, so that the workpiece is always in motion in the quenching fluid, to solve the old quenching tank workpiece accumulation, local temperature is too high and affect the hardenability of the workpiece. Therefore, the steel ball will never pile up, so that the hardenability of the ball is further improved. Especially for the heat treatment of large steel ball, it can eliminate the yin-yang surface caused by its own reasons during quenching, and improve the hardenability of large ball. (especially for large 30-120mm balls)
